Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase, it really means a lot! We really hope that you're as happy with your product as we were designing it - with passion, creativity & love. 

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but If you do have an issue, please email store@fantasista10.com within 14 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not wash the item(s). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase but please put any notes inside the tee/sweatshirt, so they don't stain or damage the print.

Any item that is not in a saleable condition on reaching us will not be considered for a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds
The customer will be responsible for paying postal costs for returning the item(s). Postal costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. The customer will also be responsible for the item(s) reaching us in good time and condition. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days once a return has been agreed and confirmed via email from us. You may want to use a trackable postal method.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
