Shipping policy

We use a UK based Print on Demand service for our products (who offset their carbon footprint!) so shipping times take slightly longer than normal. We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. Please understand and allow a little extra time around holiday periods such as Christmas.

All UK orders are shipped using the following services, selected by the customer: Royal Mail 24/48* Tracked or Evri 24/48*.

Internationally, shipping inside the EU may take up to 2 weeks, whilst shipping outside the EU can take up to 3 weeks. These are typically sent through Royal Mail, USPS or DPD dependent on the location.

Delivery times can vary depending on customs, etc. Please note: If products are to be delivered to a destination outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and you will be responsible for any such charges. We will not be liable to pay any import duties or taxes under any circumstances.

We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when providing postage addresses. We will not be held responsible for the actions of postal companies in the UK or any other country.

Packaging
All of our packaging is paper-based, fully recyclable, and easily compostable at home.
